I had an incredible experience at StretchLab Richmond yesterday! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Makayla and Sophia were both amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire session. They tailored the stretches to my needs and offered valuable insights on how to improve my flexibility. The environment was clean, welcoming, and the whole team truly seemed to care about their clients’ well-being. A huge shout out to the management for fostering such a positive and well-organized atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and more limber than I’ve felt in a long time. I really enjoyed the session with Star! She was very attentive to my personal needs and lower back pain! She gave great tips for after care also! I didn’t know how beneficial this stretch class was gonna be! I felt the difference immediately! What an Excellence experience!

Aquille is am excellent reflexologist!! He takes care of his clients and helps them to reach their goals and talks them through each stretch. Richmond Stretchlab has very good employees that actually care about about the service they give! I never knew my body could stretch as much as it can now. Im amazed and grateful. I feel better all over.

This place has been great for my kiddo and her flexibility. She's an athlete and needs extra stretching sometimes to prevent injuries. Mikayla has been great in helping her gain mobility and giving her homework to ensure she keeps improving. 100% recommend the StretchLab.
