This place is fantastic! I love how proper form and technique is priority to prevent injuries. The trainers meet you at your level and make you feel like a Rockstar! Just joined so I'm excited for this new journey!

Love love MAD, classes are structured and set up so we can all get a good workout at our own level while building strength. Coaches are great trainers and always making sure my form is correct and that I’m getting the most out of my workout. Place and environment is amazing and welcoming.

The workouts are well organized and you finish feeling good but not completely exhausted with barely enough energy to finish the day. The instructors are very helpful in correcting your technique. I am enjoying the workouts. Thanks!

So, I just finished a 5 day trial at MADabolic McAllen and I really enjoyed it! The coaches are all genuinely nice & encouraging. The people who attend are also very welcoming. I had never been to a gym with that concept (timed circuits/stations), so that was new & fun, and I really liked that striking is always a movement. I would highly recommend trying this place out! 😊

I joined in early December and have really enjoyed the classes. Every class is different, the energy is always high, and the vibe is better than many other classes I’ve taken. I look forward to my workout days and really appreciate the instructors watching over everyone’s movements to be sure everyone is working out safely and efficiently. It’s fun seeing the instructors take each others classes too, they’re all in it together. 100% recommend!
