TruFit Athletic Clubs - 23rd St.

This is my 1st time joining a gym and I have to say, what an experience it has been...from having an all women's area, clean facilities to the amazing staff n trainers! BIG SHOUT OUT to Lexi who made me feel so welcome n comfortable, she was very attentive, listened to all my needs, answered all my questions...she made all the difference! Always have been a shy person when it comes to working out with other people but the comfortable environment was something else! It's caring, kind n exceptional people like Lexi that make all the difference n for that, I thank you.

Just joined and I gotta say we are liking this gym. It’s close to our home, a very clean gym, equipment in good working order and doesn’t seem to busy… at least during the time we workout. Overall I enjoy this gym and I look forward to working out here. Thank You.. keep it up! 👍🏼

5 Stars! I’ve been going to Tru Fit for a few years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The equipment is top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. I love that there’s a variety of machines and free weights, so I never feel like I’m waiting around for a piece of equipment. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—whether it’s answering questions or giving tips for a better workout, they’re always happy to help. I also appreciate the gym’s focus on cleanliness. The entire facility is spotless, and it’s obvious they take hygiene seriously, which is so important. The classes are a great bonus! There’s a wide range of options, from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga, and the instructors are always motivating and encouraging. They really push you to do your best without being overwhelming. The atmosphere is fantastic. It feels like a community, and I’ve met a lot of great people who are all there for the same reason—to get fit and feel good. It’s never intimidating or overcrowded. Highly recommend a try fit anyone looking for a great place to work out. It’s worth every penny! Monica is an excellent staff member. Always friendly and outgoing.

Love this place! The manager Lexi is wonderful and so attentive and Valery at the front desk is the sweetest and so kind every time I come in. I am recovering from a back injury and it feels great to be in the gym with such kind people. There is a great variety of machines and weights and enough space for all participants.

Been a customer here for over 10 years. This building’s had the same issues . So much to write about . For one when it rains beware the ceiling will leak water and down the wall same problem for years now and same areas. Very dangerous due to electrical equipment still plugged in . Huge bucket they place to catch water every time!! ( the problem is never fixed). Same thing goes for the air conditioners. Every summer an industrial fan blocks the exist and that’s the air conditioning the women’s center gets! Let’s see this summer if it happens. ( I have pictures hopefully let me post them). M equipment is always broken. This morning 3 treadmills are out ! Never have enough weights. Cable machine ropes need replacing . “ the Maximus machine lol. What a joke. I’ve spoke to I don’t know how many reps here. The machine is not calibrated correctly.after being replaced years ago. The cord is very very tight unable to push weight equally. No one seems to care . The bathrooms have been disguising dirty since they let go of there daily I’ve asked to speak to Magt. They give me an email to the this site . There’s no one on site to speak to who cares about your concerns. Well…. I spoke to a rep on the tru fit on mccroll she told me yes I understand your concerns. Sad thing is the only WAY TO BE HEAED IS TO WRITE A REVIEW!!!!!! The company only looks at reviews met for the month. They only want Great reviews. I have so much to say. And a review report won’t do it for this member. I want to speak to someone who cares to fix the issues !!! TVs are never on. If we are lucky only one will be on.
