HOTWORX - McAllen TX - North

Went to a Crunch Fitness for months. I felt so intimated to use the weights and had no idea what to do. I love that I feel so comfortable at Hot Worx. The guided workouts makes my new fitness goals closer than before. The staff is so friendly, I feel like they are all my new besties. Def give it a try.

I can't get enough of HOTWORX!!! It's been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. The results I've see in 4 months are so satisfying! The staff is AMAZING! Daniela is the best! Always available and ready to assist and keeps you motivated! #self-love #motivation

Place is very good but customer service is really bad. The manager even threatened to not allow me access even paying anywhere because I was frustrated when the mistakenly cancelled my membership instead of my daughters. They somehow made it my fault. The person that I talk to first was also yelling so I used the same tone but oh that was not accepted. The manager worse and not very good with customers. I will be submitting a complaint with corporate and join another location hopefully with better customer service.

I absolutely loved this place! I was given a tour of the gym by Bianca Vargas and she was so sweet and so helpful during the tour. I stayed for my free session following the tour and it was such a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the fact that it’s not chaotic like the regular go to gyms. I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere there is so relaxing. Such a great place and I will be signing up soon !

I love HOTWORX!! I’ve been going for about a month and have noticed some changes! I haven’t been as consistent as I like but I will start!! I love the convince of the 15-45 minute workouts and how it’s very private. The staff is friendly and always willing to help! The environment is always clean and mannnn that sauna workouts are killer!! If you’re wondering to get the membership.. GET IT!
