This review is in regards to my cancellation of my membership. I have not been a member since late 2023/early 2024 (at least I thought) until I was charged a renewal fee this year. After sending an email out to Blink, only to learn that they were no longer the owners of this site - Apollo and his management team were looped in. Apollo made things right, was patient while I found documentation, and didn't force me to go on-site (I had originally done this to cancel because I was told I had to.) He made a process that I thought was going to be frustrating and drawn out, simple and straightforward. Thank you, Apollo!

Apollo is just excellent! He gave me a tour the other day and his professionalism and customer service made me want to join this gym immediately. He was knowledgeable and kind and I thought right away that if he isn’t already, he is general manager material.

Edit: Read the bottom paragraph as I have changed my overall review from 4 stars to 1 star. Looks like a great gym to me! The cleanliness is a great deal better than previous gyms I have been to, and is also something that Blink prides itself in. It’s a smaller gym in American standards, but it still has plenty of equipment to go around. There’s an small area for CrossFit style training, an area for stretching and yoga perhaps, a cardio dedicated area with treadmills and bikes, an area for machine weights, a dumbbell area with benches, and a free weights area with more benches and squat racks, along with a pull up and dip bar. They also offer a quick tour and free trial if you want to try it out first. The non-commitment payment option is also very convenient, since it allows you to have a month to decide if it’s for you. I’m not sure why some other reviewers struggle with payment, since it’s very straightforward and easy to understand. Edit: What they neglect to tell you is that they charge a hidden $50 “yearly maintenance fee” around a month after purchasing a membership . Also they claim that the membership is non-renewing and that you can cancel at any time, which I verbally checked beforehand. However, they automatically charged me for the next month when my membership ended and said that there was an additional $40 charge to cancel the membership. Fortunately, I was able to avoid these additional charges only by providing proof that I had moved to Vietnam (international driving permit). Don’t fall for any sales pitches they might have, because they WILL charge you $50 regardless of what you want, and will make canceling your membership complicated and expensive. I’m not particularly upset over being scammed since I should’ve seen it coming, but just know that if their offers are too good to be true, then it is just that: too good to be true. Stay safe out there guys!

The equipment is top-tier. The place is always clean and taken care of. They also offer a series of custom one-on-one classes which are amazing, I had the chance of taking a flexibility class with Dolly and it was great! Definitely would recommend.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am currently trying to cancel my membership and having no luck. The online account I had has now disappeared and is saying my email is not recognized. I have email Blink's customer service twice and they're saying that Blink Fitness no longer oversees this location. The email that is provided I am not receiving a response back. I'm not sure why there was no communication if management was changed. Especially if financial information was provided to the new management.
