24 Hour Fitness

This gym is awesome. I'm starting to come here as a result of the San Felipe gym closing, and it's a very solid option. Pretty clean in here, friendly staff and environment. It is a bit old. Some of the equipment looks like it's been there a while. Also, I feel like some more benches would be useful. It tends to get pretty busy and just not enough benches are available. However, I think that's just personal preference.

This gym is going down, used to be a decent lowkey gym tucked in the corner, I've been going here and the equipment has been broken many times affecting the quality of my workout, the lockerooms are pretty dirty toilets and sinks don't work properly, there also the parking lot has become a problem let's of broken glass from break ins and I saw somebody hit a parked car and workout like nothing happened. Last time I went the gym reeked of weed I tried to ignore or it but it's too much this location has become a evening hangout, expect equipment to be broken and keep your belongings on you. It's a shame 24 hour is going down especially after closing san Felipe, this place is becoming a cesspool.

I wish it were easier to communicate by phone, you call to ask if it is open and a recording asks you for quite confidential information, which is uncomfortable to give to a machine over the phone... On the other hand, they send endless emails to promote themselves but they are not kind enough to inform you that the gym will be closed due to the weather... Although I like that gym, they have a lot to improve in terms of customer service

I like it. My only issue is that you try to get me to use a coach. I don't need one, I've worked out for decades. All I want is for someone to show me the settings on the Stationary bikes and the rowing machines. Some of these aren't working too well. That's all I need.

The staff at this 24hr location 100 percent chef’s kiss!!! Winnie is so welcoming and sweet, not to mention patient and helpful! She informed me on a lot of things and I’m so thankful for that!!! Alexis is the other lady who helped me. I waited in line while she was helping another lady, and over heard her speaking FLUENT Spanish (hand clap for her!) These two ladies are awesome!!! If they’re there everyday I’d be there everyday, simply because kindness and patience goes a long way! Thank you ladies
