TruFusion South Austin is an absolute gem! The Pilates, barre, and yoga classes are phenomenal—challenging yet so rewarding. The instructors are incredibly talented, friendly, and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone, no matter your skill level. The variety of classes keeps things fresh and exciting, and the studio itself is clean, vibrant, and well-equipped. I always leave feeling stronger, more relaxed, and inspired. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout and a positive community!

TruFusion has transformed my fitness journey! I’ve been a member since October and I truly love it here. The hot pilates and the candlelight yoga classes are my favorite. Looking forward to exploring more classes this year

So after 6 months at this gym, I felt it was finally time to do a review. I have two more weeks and then I will be moving on to another gym and atmosphere. Now, I am quite particular about gyms, I know this about myself and the classes here were decent so take this as you will. I felt like I got a workout when I took them. The convenience to my house - exceptional. It’s the only reason I’ve lasted this long at TruFusion. Waking up 5 minutes before a class and being able to make it… priceless. Now… the not so good. This gym is very dangerous for your ears and your nervous system. The teachers do not give you a warning before switching the lights during class (they switch light colors like 10 times a class… why? I don’t know…) and I’ve had to leave in the middle of classes because the music was too loud. To the point that I heard ringing for the rest of the day in my ear drums. Now I don’t know about you, but I’m not chancing having permanent hearing loss for a workout. I’ve been to many other gyms before and each teacher usually has their own musical style, which is great. You can choose the vibe you want, but that was not the case at this gym. It seemed like every teacher was playing top 40 remix songs that umm… I’m gonna this as nicely as I can… they were not my vibe. It was almost every single class that I took too. No diversity in music, genre. Anything. It almost seemed like the teachers had to pick songs from a specific TruFusion approved music playlist. I’m sure this gym is great for some people but it wasn’t for me. I felt like I was in a nightclub at 7am and it stressed me out for the rest of the day. So please… TruFusion, if you read this… be more careful about how loud you play music in classes and give more warning when lights change. This is super deregulating to the nervous system and can have permanent effects on people who are sensitive.

I LOVE this studio! The variety of classes is so great! I no longer need several memberships to different studios to get a nice mix of workouts. The atmosphere is great, the music is always fun, the instructors are great. Thank you for opening a studio in S Austin 🙌🏼

Trufusion has been the most fulfilling fitness experience of my lifetime, both physically and spiritually. The variety of the classes combined with the hominess of the studio is what got me in the door, and oh what a community that got me to stay. The instructors are the absolute top tier out there in Austin. They are embodied, kind, and fun. For yoga, I recommend Sarah and Tennessee. For barre, I recommend Amanda, Theresa (your rump will never look better with her booty workouts!), Macey, and Danielle. For pilates, Amanda and Raquel are GOAT. I don't take a lot of the kettle bell classes, but when I do, Stephanie's Kettle Booty is so fun and accessible! I know they had low attendance at the TRX classes, but I really wish they'd bring back one in the morning because they were so fun. I scrimp and save my pennies every month to afford this place, and it's absolutely worth it. I would love it if they could reduce the unlimited membership for those who are low income. At Trufusion, you're family, and I can't imagine being anywhere else.
