This studio is beyond amazing! Amanda's Sunday class is the perfect class for a new mama trying to get " her pink back". There is no judgement here. Every instructor has your back no matter where you are in your fitness journey. 10/10 would recommend!

I think instructors from almost all formats need better training. They seem to lack knowledge in what they’re teaching and are not offering modifications or guidance. The yoga class does not feel like a yoga class because the music is loud, not very yoga-esque music and the lights are very bright compared to other yoga classes I’ve been to. It’s a lot of screaming in the spin class and not much else. There seems to be more focus on choreography in the spin class than actually formatting the class to be a full body workout. The instructors seem all very similar in what they say and the music they play. Instructors have bad form on the bike which is translated in the riders. Riders follow what instructors do and if the instructors had bad form they’re teaching bad habits. I think this studio has a lot of potential but they really need to train instructors better. It’s a risky business to run a fitness studio where the instructor doesn’t feel completely prepared and skilled to teach the class.

Stride offers many class options which is great, however do not expect a lot of direction from the trainers. No one approached me during my first spin class to indicate me how to set up the equipment. The yoga instructor did not give a lot of direction on the best way to position my body to do the exercises, same thing happened with TRX, Barre and Pilates...Talking about yoga, the ambiance to practice is not the best... better and more calm music should be used. Also, the music in the spin class is way too loud and I can barely hear the instructor... It is a convenient place for me to go work out but if I had other options I would try them.

Jess’ spin class is incredible- you get an amazing and challenging physical workout with amazing sound and really great music. But most importantly, you can feel the positive and encouraging energy in her class and everyone is smiling. She belongs on stage motivating and inspiring people to do their best. Always felt amazing leaving her class!
