I love going there I go at least 5 days of the week, very first time I walk in with small hand punching pad bcoz I like to kick and punch since I am a martial art person, staff said I am not allowed to take that small hand punching pad , why? It is just a sponge I wish I can take that with me Or they provide one at the gym

I started my membership and have been a member of this location for more than 5 years with not many complaints. It is a well-maintained gym with sufficient equipment. I had to move recently and wanted to cancel my membership. When I tried it in-person the first time the system was down and they wanted me to try again later. I called and checked and they said I could do it in-person only and I can cancel it anytime before the monthly payment ran. Despite moving and having to drive again for more than an hour to get there, I was told I should cancel at least 10 days before the payment schedule date. If not, they will charge the membership for another month. I was told something completely different by the person on the phone when called. I tried to reach out to the manager and despite constant emails, I haven't even gotten a response or acknowledgment email till date. Wish I didn't have to leave such reviews, but this might help someone else thinking of canceling their membership to do it well in advance or else be ready to pay another month even if not using.

Have been a member for 4+ years and highly recommend. It is clean, quiet and well-maintained. All resistance machines are brand new as of November 2022. They have a ton of cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stair climbers and rowing machines. Even at peak times there are plenty of cardio machines. They do have some free weights, although somewhat limited, but there are plenty of machines, including Smith machines which are nice. There is also a PF 30 minute workout area which is a great way to get used to some of the gear for people who are new to the gym. The staff is friendly and will show you how to get started and use the equipment. It's a great value for the price and a fun, easy and low-key place to work out.

I have been injured, so I have only been able to use my membership for tanning, but I enjoy it so far. The Manager is very nice and she knows I am hearing impaired and I appreciate that she looks at me when speaking and makes sure I can understand what she is saying. That means a lot to me. I look forward to continuing qt this PF when I can start working out!

I go here often to work out, shower, and use the massage area. Always clean with friendly staff and other gym members.
