I never took yoga classes prior to Sharyn's classes, so I was nervous and unsure what to expect. Sharyn was so warm and inviting and made me feel so welcome. Her classes are amazing, she took her time helping everyone in the class to learn how to do poses. My beginner class ended last night, but I am signed up for the next session!

Sharyn's boutique offers a safe and relaxing yoga environment. Sharyn is a patient yoga instructor with thoughtful directions with your safety and comfort in mind. Her candlelight yoga with a meditation is a great way to relax before a busy work week. Give Sharyn's Yoga Space a try.

I have never done yoga before until Sharyn’s class. Her guidance, knowledge and professionalism exceeded what I was expecting! I am now what they call a Yogi and I am extending my classes! I suffer with lower back pain and since doing yoga with Sharyn I wake up with no back pain! Do yourself a favor and take her classes, you will not be disappointed! Namaste !

Sharyn is the best! I started taking yoga with her I’m early 2019 and can’t imagine being taught by anyone else. Highly recommend checking it out!
