As a 1st experience, I was very disappointed in the unprofessionalism. Especially considering there are some good reviews as a reference. I called and inquired about boxing service for my child. I was ask to come in same day (6pm) to get an over view of what the services would look like (like an orientation). I'm sadden to admit I drove over an hour (coming from work, 20 min. from my home) for the trainer to never come (Marquice). He was aware I was there and waiting considering I texted him advising I arrived early. To date, I have not received a call or text apologizing about being left. I invested time, money (gas which is expensive) and got my child hopes up for an experience/opportunity that never took place. I will not be referring or speaking kindly of this company at all.

Good luck actually getting an appointment for a personal training session or to join the gym and obtain a membership. I called three times and the guy who answered the phone (I guess the owner) was rude AF, curt, and huffing and puffing as if I was asking him to cure cancer. He had a "meeting" and "had to call me back" the first 2 times that I called before (hastily) talking to me about membership and competition opportunities for a female boxer. Philly has an unnecessarily cliquey heavy culture that affects almost EVERYTHING and boxing is no exception. Doing anything in this city is always a fete and feels impossible! Most of the black males in Philly are also VERY rude to women especially black women. Dealing with their ego and hostility in a black male dominated sport like boxing can be very exhausting as I feel misogynior played apart in him being so rude.
