Kailin has created a space where the moment you walk through the door there is such a welcoming, calming, sincere energy - she embodies those qualities and brings it into everything she offers at the studio. Kailin has put together an amazing group of instructors that are all incredible to work with, each one unique in their practice and all are encouraging and supportive. You let go of your doubt and amazing things start to happen. It all starts with a breath, and that is something we can all do, from beginner to advanced. And from that breath starts a chain reaction of change - body, mind and spirit in the most positive impactful way 😊

I have nothing but great things to say about Kailin of Earth. I have participated in yoga classes, sound baths, meditation, and reiki. Each experience is unique and offers an opportunity for deep healing. My experience of Kailin the owner is that she understands the complexities and sacredness of the human experience and this is embodied through her work and the studio itself. When you walk in you feel a sense of safety, containment, and familiarity. Mood lighting, essential oils, incense, soothing music, cleanliness, and high quality props are utilized to create a restorative ambience. It’s clear that Kailin is well educated in what she does and lives in congruence with what she teaches/offers. Highly recommend.
