I highly recommend Body Blueprint group fitness program and personal training! The trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and they care about the members. The group classes are safe, challenging, and fun and the instructors provide modifications for every age and skill level.The gym is SUPER clean and offers equipment to support a vast variety of training techniques. I have been going to BBP regularly for a year now and have lost weight, toned my body, and gotten stronger overall after not exercising for over 15 years due to medical and physical limitations. Now at 66 years old I looked better, feel better and my overall health has improved greatly. I look forward to working out! I am grateful to Body blueprint for that! Also the other members I get to work out alongside of are really nice people which is the icing on the cake at Body Blueprint.

Body Blueprint is the best place to workout in the Abingtons. The small group workout is ideal for wherever you fall in your fitness journey. There are various times available if you like to get your workout in before you start your day or if you like to workout after a long day at work. Christie and all the trainers are the best. You will make great friends and feel like part of a family. Stop in and try it out you will not be disappointed. Ronda

Body Blueprint has been the best thing for my health and wellness. This is the most consistency (2 years and counting!) that I have strength trained and exercise at least 3x a week since I was a high school athlete. At BBP you have access to knowledgeable trainers, and workouts that change every few weeks. The best thing about BBP is the community. Every workout is fun when you get to work out with your friends 😉. The trainers are also helpful with modifications if you need them. I highly recommend anyone try Body Blueprint. You won't regret it!

Fantastic Class! Highly Recommend I had an amazing time at BBP! The instructor was motivating and made everyone feel welcome, no matter their fitness level. The class was challenging but offered modifications to suit all abilities. I left feeling energized and accomplished. If you're looking for a supportive and fun workout, this is the place to be! Can't wait for my next session!

Great workouts. Great trainers. Great times with the members. But maybe the best part is that Christie herself and the trainers will work closely with you to modify workouts to individual capabilities. That's whether you're new, injured, recouping, or just dealing with life and need less or more physical activity.
