Awesome facility! Excellent gym with REAL equipment to help meet your bodybuilding, powerlifting and fitness goals. Very welcoming staff and members. Real weights, real iron, a Real gym. Look forward to stopping in again next time I am in town.

This is one of the finest, if not the very finest, gym in northeastern Pennsylvania. I say this has someone who has patronized several of them. The equipment is well maintained, and the staff are consistently helpful and pleasant. The environment is cheerful, well lit, and spotlessly clean, and they accommodate everyone with equal grace, from amateurs with modest goals of health improvement to serious collegiate athletes. For those who need it, they offer fitness training, but they are unobtrusive about it and will not suggest it unless you request it.

Clean, friendly staff and other gym goers, plethora of good equipment, no "lunk alarm", great price... Will be back over and over.
