I'm so grateful to know and have met Jess. I've been working out with her for a month and feel so much stronger already. I really needed this accountability to take better care of myself. She not only provides challenging, safe workouts for functional fitness but she helps me with nutrition and lifestyle. I can see and feel a difference in my physical, mental and emotional health.

Jess and Marc are awesome!! They are full of knowledge and provide personalized professional weight and strength training. Jess is also so helpful with the nutritional side of things, which helps so much with entire personalized experience. I highly recommend this Gym.

Jess has a holistic approach to Health and Wellness. She looks at the 'whole' client and addresses every aspect of health through; diet,nutrition, lab work, and exercise regime. She connects with each client on a personal level which both motivates and increases accountability for success. I appreciate her willingness to learn and listen to suggestions and changes that come up in each client's life. Her flexibility allows for sustaining long-term commitments. Also noteworthy is her client following, which is supportive and encouraging rather than intimidating.
