Love Orangetheory Rocky River! The workouts are challenging but in the best way, and the coaches really know how to keep you motivated. They take the time to explain the moves, offer modifications, and make sure you're getting the most out of each workout. Everyone is super friendly, and the vibe is always positive. Highly recommend if you're looking to push yourself and have fun doing it!

This is my favorite location! The staff and coaches are the nicest people ever. I feel comfortable talking to them and working out because of them and they never push you too hard. The space is great and equipment is well maintained. Every single coach here is seriously so nice and genuinely care about how you’re doing even outside of the studio, they really push for keeping yourself safe while working out and taking it easy when you need to. Can’t say enough good things!

I love the group class atmosphere and look forward to every class. OTF has helped me hit so many fitness goals that I once thought would never be possible for me!
