Inner Bliss Yoga Studio

I love this studio! The instructors are warm, professional, and helpful. The space is large and in a great area. I’ve had two very bad experiences at yoga studios that kept me away from yoga for awhile. However, I feel as though I have found my yoga forever home at inner bliss.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at IBY. The instructors and the owner are all fantastic & kind people. My personal favorite is Sally Brooks. After any of her classes, I always feel so much better; almost as though I am floating out the door. Do yourself a favor and go to an Inner Bliss class already.

I have been practicing yoga here since 2012. I came to the mat seeking a physical challenge, a new kind of workout. But what I found was a sacred place: the smiling faces, soulful music, heart-opening smells, warm hugs, sacred words, life lessons, deep breaths, new friends, and of course: the yoga itself. My favorite instructor is Dawn: she teaches many classes throughout the week, but I especially love her Saturday morning warm slow flow and her Sunday night meditation with gong specials. She challenges me in ways that are not only physical, but mental, too. The Monday night hot class with Jen Y is also great! The Westlake studio is a little more modern, while the Rocky River studio has a more rustic feel. Both have awesome teachers and a wide variety of classes! I love the beautiful ecosystem Tammy has created at Inner Bliss Yoga, and I recommend it to everyone I know :)

My absolute favorite yoga studio in the Cleveland area! For someone who had just been getting started, this studio was incredibly helpful and very welcoming. Because the studio is rather small, it allows the perfect interaction with the instructor making you feel very at-home. Unfortunately, it is a rather pricey choice which is the only drawback I have to this studio!

Place is a SCAM. Told me my first class was “free” but then made me pay for it and told me that $20 was towards my next class. Which I will never be going to because the instructor just sat on her butt the whole time. Horrible class. Not worth it!!
