The new location is awesome. Close to many stores, much much bigger, new equipments, CLEAN as I have never seen in any other Planet Fitness. A lot of cardio equipment. I was sad with the move because it is farther from my place, but it was a great change. The Staff is great! All of them are super nice, ready to answer questions, and happy to show you around if you want/need. One girl walked me through this location and showed me the new equipment. Could give more than 5 stars for this location, for sure!

Not a fan of the new location. Parking isn’t great, the hours are very limited. It also seems like there are less treadmills and always busy no matter what time you go. It’s a bigger location but also small at the same time?! For me personally it’s a further drive. The holiday shopping traffic also doesn’t help.. There’s too much going on. I’m considering canceling my membership unfortunately. I’ve never had a problem with management though. Everyone is nice and has always been helpful so that’s a plus.

Long time member here staff has always been exceptional, one big thing that I find disappointing about the new location is the absence of rock bot. Other lesser critiques would include there not being a lay down leg curl machine and no seated bent leg calf raise. I will say I do love the hack squat and the standing calf raise!

Staff is excellent. Gym is clean. But, this new location rarely has available lockers, a single bench in the locker room, always over crowded, hours have been shortened despite more members, parking lot is insane and I hate parking my car in it. After 3 years I'm Actively searching for another gym. The staff makes me regret this review, but It's honest and I hope they address some of it. Edit: I walked in and then just walked out. not a single locker available. Men sitting on locker room floor because there's no benches. A line at every piece of equipment. This gym is unusable. Revised to 1 star

I have been going to the one in old River for years and never had issues when it was busy. There was always at least something open and a ton of lockers. Now with the new location there are never any lockers open and they are also super small. I walked in and walked out the other day because every area of the gym was taken. No point in waiting forever to even use a treadmill. Considering just cancelling. Can you guys stop letting people sign up if you are at capacity? It makes people not want to keep paying for your membership and then cancel. Unless that’s what you want. Your staff even says it’s too packed in there.
