Gregory is one of the best trainer there, he possesses a lot of knowledge. He helped me a lot during my fitness journey. He was patient, dedicated and inspiring. I noticed he helps everyone and he is friendly. It doesn’t bother him to answer your questions. Please consider him for your PT sessions, you won’t regret.

It's the closest gym to me. I enjoy the convenience although it is constantly busy and I feel they didn't have enough employees on staff throughout the day. The gym gets really filthy.

I am giving compliment for Geo and thank you for his services and guidance. I have seen him working very hard to maintain the floor in an organized way on a regular basis. I have also seen other members who are unconcerned about re-racking the equipment and weights after use, for example standing barbells and plates on the floor. Every equipment they use is on the floor after use and causing a mess and tripping others. Geo puts his efforts to re-rack the equipment after them and addresses to those unconcerned with guidance as to observe the gym etiquette in consideration of other members. I hope Geo guidance can be a good reminder and set example for every member after use.
