Carlos at the front desk made it extremely easy to start up my account and explained each of blinks passes well. Superb customer service and patients I’m a veteran and some time hard of hearing. It’s good to see when I asked him a couple times to repeat something he didn’t become short tempered. A good person at the desk is a reflection of the company as a whole. Great job blink.

This review is not a reflection of the staff that works at this location. My review is directly related to the unscrupulous business practices. Due to a medical reason I had to stop attending this facility. I attempted to cancel the account after months of not attending BUT continuing to pay for access. When I tried to logon to cancel I found my account was blocked so I was not able to access my profile to cancel. In June I emailed and asked them to cancel my account, Instead they proceeded to charge me for July, August and a $60 annual fee. I disputed the charges and lost but cool. Now we keep the ball rolling and take it to the next level and then the next. It's not the money it's the principle. I haven't been in their facility in 2024 at all yet I paid for 6 months. So now we go to small claims. Now $60 is going cost them thousands to defend. By blocking my account they made it more complicated to cancel. No Bueno! FOLLOW - As you can see they responded with the generic response yet no one has contacted me to discuss or work this out. Exactly why they are being sold. Poor service now they are resorting a money grab before they get sold.

Gym would be great if there wasn’t always a problem. Now the problem is the A/C, it’s like 90 degrees and makes it very difficult to actually work out especially considering the fact that it’s still pretty warm outside. Owners or whoever the douchey looking people with suits are come in but nothing improve.

Been going to Blink since the first week it opened, the Manager is very welcoming. Front desk employees are super friendly. I have never seen a bathroom or gym so clean even when it’s busy. Shout out to my trainer Tremel so being so encouraging, Kishon for always being so friendly to everyone

Hi this is my second day at the gym And So far So Good…I would like to make a observation..Today at the gym I saw a group of members trying to fallow a Recorded workout out…on a iPhone they placed on the floor.. I was impressed by their efforts to work out…and then I realized that it would be a great idea and a unique benefit..for members to be offered a large screen TV ..with work outs that they can fallow on a big screen rather then looking at a tiny iPhone screen..I believe that this is a sure way to attract more customers.! I hope this will help to make this Gym a more attractive option for the members.! Thank you Jorge Luis Batista Member
