You're just a number not "family". Very over crowded by multiple classes and children ages. My daughter was on competitive gymnastics and while practicing on the floor, they often were being stopped for random young non competitive kids in their way. Coach turnover like crazy. Driveway is a MESS and people will door your car and not think twice because the parking spots are SO tight.

Wow… guess I should have read the reviews first because they are exactly what we encountered today. This was my 3yr olds first attempt at a “sport” or structured activity and the coach was so unenthusiastic. You would have thought she was being FORCED to be there. No excitement, no welcoming/this is what we are gonna do speech, nothing. She was so annoyed my 3yr old couldn’t follow directions (he had no clue what they were doing). There was only 1 other student in the class who had been there milt times and the “coach” was just focused on her. Didn’t try and get the 2 kids to engage with each other at all. We both left in tears. Please do NOT enroll your toddler here :(

I mean, it was underwhelming for my toddler and unstructured play because they don’t even have enough stations to keep 10 toddlers talking, but without taking turns. But Wood really did it for me. Was he extremely unhelpful and down right evil administrator, who took 40 minutes for signing which is half of what the play was… And seemed 100% ready to escort my toddler out of the gym floor if I didn’t give her a credit card despite me, explaining I had paid in cash. Her treatment of me and my child was so inappropriate we cried ourselves home.

Will never go back. The very first interaction with my three year old was the teacher yelling at him about running to the class area. They later sat him out of the class because his excitement made it hard for him to sit still for the class. Now he wants nothing to do with going back. They have yet to return my call to rectify the situation.

We’ve gone with our son over the last number of years and every time we think it will be better. Yet every time we’re incredibly disappointed. The teachers at Head Over Heels are *terrible* with young children. Their discipline is appalling, the culture among their “coaches” is atrocious. Please don’t send your children here. Unfortunately it’s one of the only places in town with a facility of this kind.
