USA Karate & Fitness Official Training Center

I'm really very happy with USA Karate and Fitness. My son attends the Avenel location and I have to say his instructors have been phenomenal. They instill respect for others as well as self-respect. My son has an increased sense of self-esteem since he began attending 6 months ago. Even though when he was first enrolled getting him to go to the classes was a real struggle, he is now proud to belong to his class and is excited every time he gets a stripe on his belt or levels up to a new belt. I highly recommend USA Karate and Fitness.

USA Karate is a wonderful, family-oriented place! My son looks forward to his karate class every week. He is learning skills such as leadership, responsibility, dedication, respect, and patience. The owner and staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. They offer flexible scheduling and affordable monthly tuition. I would recommend USA Karate company to my friends and family!

The USA Karate & Fitness Center must engage with the kids fully. My son has enrolled here 2 weeks ago for PeeWee classes. I do not see that a good attention is given to every kid, so that kid can learn. They have good instructors, but perhaps require assistant instructors to teach the techniques properly. The sessions are small to teach properly. Instead of trying several things, repetition of 1 or 2 technique would be a good alternative. Kids will learn by following and proper instructions, etc.

USA karate and fitness is very professional and dedicated school of Martial Arts. All instructors are hard working, goal oriented, motivate and bring out the best in the child. They are well trained and teach kids with enthusiasm. It is kids friendly learning environment where kids can learn martial art and stay active and healthy. They teach kids to stay focus, attention and discipline and build their confidence. Even in this pandemic USA Karate and fitness and their instructors were fully involved and providing best, fun, respectful, and clean learning environment for the kids. My kids enjoy their classes and always looking forward toward them. I highly recommend USA karate and fitness for the kids to learn martial arts and to stay focus, active and healthy.

My son Xavier LOVES USA Karate & Fitness. He was interested in karate and wanted to try but is naturally shy and a bit reserved in new situations. The patience and positivity the instructors have with all the kids is amazing. They helped him break out of his shell and boost his confidence. They make sure to get to know each family, take interest in how the kids are doing in other areas of their lives, and are consistent with their expectations which help reinforce positivity, strength, and confidence. Now he is a proud member of Team Elite and takes pride in himself and his practice. We are so happy to be a part of the family at USA Karate & Fitness!
