Crunch Fitness - Woodbridge

The gym is not bad , I kinda like it , way different from my previous gym Jersey strong. What I like about crunch is that it’s only 4 miles from My house which is a plus. I like how crunch equipments are more updated and easy to use. It pretty spacious and has everything you need to get a great workout in. Importantly the staff is great and friendly. Overall gym is clean and welcoming only reason I gave a 4 star is because the Dumbbells 💪 be all over . But I love how they have a lot of deadlift platform and squat racks. Overall the gym pretty good and I’ll be here for awhile. 4/5 star ⭐️ I’ll give. Must check crunch fitness Woodbridge

The Assistant General Manager, Jordan really helped me out as I am brand new to the gym and didn’t feel comfortable with any of the equipment. He welcomed me and was a great time to be around. Highly recommended.

A spacious gym with solid equipment. Staff is friendly. Good amount of cardio & cable machines, free weights. Nice studio, active areas. Though it's a commercial gym it gives off a grunge vibe. Not too many people here on weekends, gets the job done. Update: Beginning of December there was a huge revamp to the machines making it look like an entirely new gym. AMAZING to say the least.

I started my fitness journey with planet fitness and I legit hated it. There no sense of community there. I chose Crunch because I wanted a trainer and I love the energy there. People there are focused on working out and won't hesitate to help you if you need it. I got hooked up with Chris a trainer there and I must say Chris helped me get my diet right (which is still a little struggle being married to a Caribbean woman). He had me doing exercises I didn't believe I could do. He's a great listener and adjust your training session if you are sore. He communicates very well and stresses the importance of your workouts. If you need a trainer, I highly recommend Chris.

I find Crunch Fitness a very refreshing gym. First and foremost is when you enter any place, You should always be greeted and treated nicely. I find that Crunch makes people feel very welcome and never judgmental. Always have kind words & smiles. I always like to sit back and watch how it all works. And from my perspective, “The whole team at Crunch Fitness is doing an Excellent job!” I especially am fond of one of the employees, (I believe his name is Christian) he remembers who you are and your number to get you checked in. I am always fumbling with something, so he does it for me. That is customer service at its finest! The most important thing at any establishment, is not to let anyone past the desk that doesn’t belong there. This is one of the reasons I changed my gym. Everyone needs their privacy & safety.
