The studio space is modern and relaxing. Taken many classes and the instructors do not disappoint. My favorite is Laura’s class on Mondays. Any level can enjoy and my favorite is her ending with a touch of aromatherapy and few seconds of neck massage (can opt out of both if you choose). She shares a favorite quote or story in the beginning which you can reflect on throughout the practice. Highly recommended the Yoga Loft.
