Mike is an exceptional trainer with whom my wife and I have had the benefit of for many years. He knows his trade and has worked well with both young and old members of our family.

Two of my kids, as well as myself have worked out with Mike and it’s nothing less than exceptional. The JV/Varsity classes are perfect for your athletes. JV involves a bit more fun to keep the younger kids engaged (9-13) while the varsity classes (14+) are a bit more tailored to the older athletes.
