SHINE Power Yoga Medford

My husband and I started yoga for the first time ever at Shine earlier this year and it has easily been the best decision ever! The teachers are great and super helpful and there are classes for every level. I recommend Shine to all my family and friends!

I have enjoyed Shine since the day they opened. Every instructor that has taught there has been amazing. They feel the vibes of the room, they offer assists and modifications. Each location is unique in its own way. Whether new to yoga, getting back into the practice, or an avid yogi, they offer many options for classes and workshops that fit everyone.

SHINE’s welcoming and warm environment made getting back into yoga the best decision ever! All the instructors are friendly and have a calming demeanor when you walk in. They carry this all the way through the practice which allows us to be present on the mat. They challenge us throughout class physically and mentally, lifting us emotionally. Sharing their love of the practice is felt. Their motivation to keep us going is heard. I can’t image going anywhere else!!

the instructors are excellent and the atmosphere is soothing and its full of calming and great Energy. Everytime i have gone i felt so much more relaxed and calm. They have a great selection of classes for all ages. Plus they are always teaching new things which makes the class more challeging and fun.
