I’m originally from Medford but live in california now. I travel a ton so I visit Pilates studios all around the country. I can 100% say that Svetlana is one of the best Pilates instructors out there. If I’m home visiting my parents, I always make sure to book some classes with her. Pilates is the only form of exercise I will do. It makes you feel taller and leaner even after just one class. It’s the only workout that keeps my body in align even with the countless plane rides and travel stress. It’s slow and steady but don’t let it deter you, you will feel it the next day. It’s truly spine maintenance which will keep you moving and healthy cognitively and physically well into the golden years. Thank you Svetlana for another great class this morning!

Svetlana is an excellent Pilates instructor! Her reformer classes are my favorite! She is very clear with her instruction, and there is a nice, steady flow to her class. . She challenges us through her knowledge, expertise and well thought out plan for the class. The studio is bright and clean and the new equipment is well maintained. Love my reformer days with Svetlana!
