powerhouse is an AMAZING gym! they offer personal training and classes 7 days a week, across all types of fitness and skill levels. their instructors are all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. my favorite thing about powerhouse is the community, the culture is very friendly and welcoming. this is the perfect place for people just starting to get into yoga or fitness!

I enrolled in Powerhouse Fitness & Yoga's Yoga Teacher Training this past year, and it has been amazing experience. Not only has the training been awesome, but I've also become part of a wonderful community where I feel supported and always welcomed. The staff are friendly, helpful, and care about your well-being. The owner, Michele, is simply amazing, knowledgeable, and makes herself available to members to help with whatever they need. There are many classes to suit different fitness levels and abilities, and all of the trainers/instructors are top-notch. Oh! And there is an adorable little boutique with the cutest clothes, shoes, and jewelry. It's so hard not to shop on the way in or out of class. I highly recommend Powerhouse Fitness and Yoga if you're within driving distance of Medford, NJ.

I began working out at Powerhouse Fitness and Yoga in June of 2024. I have gained endurance, flexibility and most importantly strength in the 6 months I have been attending. My running times are faster and my overall health has improved. I came in as a runner, post menopausal with a knee replacement, who had no strength or agility. I knew the importance of lifting weights as a woman over 50. I was lacking knowledge and drive. Being new to the area I didn’t know about any of the gyms. The moment I talked with Michelle on the phone I had a feeling this might be the right place for me. I have been going 3 times a week since June. I do the earliest morning classes and love it. It’s a variety of people who all have their reason and there is no judgement. We encourage one another. The instructors are amazing. They work with you individually and make sure to modify if needed. I feel encouraged and motivated. I am grateful to have a place that has been comfortable from the first class.

Jen works me hard doing things I never normally do in the gym when lifting weights or on the machines. Opened my mind up to an entire new method of core training that I intend to work into my bi-daily routine. I'll be thankful on my 3 month kayaking adventure come Spring knowing I'm at top form throughout my body. There will be no excuses.

Amazing fitness studio that will meet all your needs!! Such a wide variety of classes are offered including strength and cardio, yoga, Pilates, Barre, ballet and more. Michele, the owner, is wonderful in working diligently to provide the utmost positive experience. Well educated instructors will correctly guide you to get results both physically and mentally. Everyone is truly compassionate and caring which makes for a fabulous Powerhouse community!
