Fastkix Taekwondo & Kickboxing

When my son started tae Kwon do, I thought he would go and take classes and then come home. Fastkix has been so much more than that! They have become family. The instructor team have so much passion for the sport, it is contagious. They have events that really bring the kids together outside of regular TKD time like their Halloween party, spring picnics, parents night out, nerf wars, girls night and boys night. The curriculum includes kicks, blocks, self defense, and forms but also builds leadership qualities as the higher ranks teach the lower ranks and improves confidence as they are breaking boards, competing rank testing, or doing competitions. Students from Spotswood and the surrounding areas means my kids made friends outside of their schools which I loved. Nothing but love for FastKix!

Everyone supports each other and genuinely cares about you. My son has been studying TKD here for years and my wife and I both took kickboxing.

We have been going to Fastkix for over 5 years now. It started with both my children who have been doing taekwondo and love it. they have competed and national and international tournaments under the leadership and guidance of Mr. Charles. I have been kickboxing for 4 years. It is a fabulous workout, always different and very positive and motivating with the team atmosphere that Mr Balon encourages. Even get good life lessons from him as he motivates us to work hard in class. My husband recently started taking the adult class. he says it's a great workout and he enjoys the comraderie with the other students. It's a great family environment and very warm and welcoming staff. Because of this, they attract other wonderful families and we've made some great friends there. We love Mr. Balon, Mr. Charles, Miss Sue, Mr Gabe, Miss Jenna and the entire team!! Thank you for keeping our family fit and motivated!

I have been a proud memberof the Fastkix family for over 10 years. The opportunities here are endless. From teaching, to competing, or just working towards a new belt...there is something for everyone. Every student is encouraged and trained based on their abilities. We encourage each other and cheer for each other. We are members of the are earned and not bought. All students are members of the Amateur Athletic Union. Our black belts are nationally and internationally certified. Best of all Fastkix is family owned and operated. Master Balon and Master Charles have created an environment that is welcoming and encouraging to all give us a try. You won't regret it.

Kickboxing at Fastkix is the best workout around. It is a total body workout and every class is different so you never get bored. You can modify the workout to your fitness level. I will be starting my 3rd year at Fastkix and still look forward to going to class. Mr. Balon mixes up the classes and motivates you to reach the next level. This is a great way to challenge yourself and get in the best shape of your life!
