This place is the best! My son has been going here since he was 3 years old. Even at a young age they have techniques to make learning fun for them. The coaches are excellent and the owners are phenomenal! They are so engaged with everyone that it's unbelievable. They are so ingrained in the community. We are grateful for them and how we are treated like family.

We've been taking our son here for 3+ years. Since day one they've treated us like family. The relationship my son has with the coaches is amazing. All of the coaches have been awesome and really make sure the kids understand the training while having tons of fun! They even have cool events like this slumber party!

This place is so amazing for kids! I’m so happy we joined for personal lessons for my 10 year old son. Our son had an interaction with a bigger kid in his class and I know he needed to develop some confidence and self defense skills, also because he’s a mild child. Needless to say he’s been able to develop strong skills, more confidence has fun in the process!!

Walked in and was greeted by coach Jon. Him and Maria were both very nice and helpful with my trying to get info on joining there family as they put it . After a few minutes he even took my 6 year old daughter and showed her how much fun kids can have while learning multiple Different exercises . Nothing else to say except we will be back for sure

I decided to start going here as my interest in boxing grew and it definitely was the right decision! Family owned with super friendly staff, I recommend this place for those wanting to get started in boxing or even just trying to get more fit!
