This place is awful. They don't care about anything but money and the kids are the collateral damage. They will respond to negative reviews to say they want you to contact them or they don't know who you are, but if you try to have a reasonable conversation with them, you'll end up back where you started.... out of lots of money and talking to an inflexible, deaf owner. Stay away. You've been warned! WOW! you don't even remember me. that's rich!

My experience at East Brunswick TS is world class. The instructors are amazing just remember you get what you pay for. I would say the only thing holding a students progress back is the student themselves. It's a way better workout than going to a gym plus it's fun..

My daughter has been going to classes for several months. She loves to go and has learned so much. She looks forward to going to classes every week! Great teaching for life and defense against bullies!

This WAS a great program. Then the corporate greed kicked in... high pressure sales tactics, closing or combining locations to combat poor enrollment, making it more about the business results than the students. We have had our location closed and had to attend a new location at least 3 times and each time, the new location is worse than the previous... further away, worse facility and staff/owner is not as good. I tried giving feedback to the current franchise owner but he wasn't interested. They just want your money and pretend that they care so you renew! Also, there response to negative comments about contacting them to discuss does no good - deaf ears, insincere, waste of time and money! Response to Owner's Comment: My son is still there because you won't give me a refund and the program is NOT cheap. You won't give me a refund for my other child either and you won't take responsibility for the behavior of your staff. I also emailed you feedback when I asked about a refund - you promptly dismissed both. If you don't want negative feedback and don't want to take any responsibility, then perhaps you shouldn't own a business.

My son started classes in Brooklyn, which They were great! We moved to NJ and this is the closest one so didn’t have a choice. During the pandemic I felt that the classes on zoom and in person are very different. I thought maybe he should of offered a discount knowing by that many people lost their jobs (including me) And they were not getting 100% training. Or offer a freeze. He only let me skip 1 month! Smh 🤦🏻♀️ The owner here doesn't care about it, he just wants his money. And the worst part is you must do a year contract! I will NOT be renewing. I wouldn’t recommend this place and give it 0 stars.
