Lisa is a wonderful instructor. She is knowledgeable in her craft; she not only instructs you, she explains what each movement does for the body. Wallflower she is not! Lisa moves around the room checking on everyone’s equipment and movement. Love her!

Love this studio! I've been a member for almost a year. The instructors are really good, especially Cassandra ❤️ (Cassie) She's a godsend! My doctor recommended Pilates for my disc bulge, and her classes and stretches help me relieve any type of pain. I moved out of JC but keep coming back to this studio because of how great the instructors are.

Grace is an excellent instructor. She speaks clearly and loudly and gives precise instructions with easy to understand analogies, repeats them, and then provides individual guidance if still needed. I highly recommend her.

I think this place is very good! The instructors are great and the place is well maintained. It’s a young girl who’s name is Emily, she is great, always happy and with the right attitude doing her job; the atmosphere is very pleasant when she is there. Most instructors are nice and pleasant with the exception of one who’s name is Leeza who thinks that it’s ok to mistreat people and embarrassing members in front of everyone when they don’t do exercises correctly. Her class is actually not bad and she has some followers but for sure I want to be treated with respect.
