Semper FIt Boxing Club

So glad that we found Semper FIt Boxing Club!! Coach Johnny really motivates the kids to do their best every class! My son is building strength, stamina, technique, and most importantly, confidence! Highly recommend!

What an awesome experience for my son… he was struggling with self defense and training with Johnny really built his confidence. I can’t believe all he has learned and how he will push him but can always tell his limits. This has been such a great experience… and my son really does enjoy it! Johnny is not only a great trainer but these kids know they have a friend in him which definitely means a lot to them !

Excellent Boxing Club! Clean, fully equipped, and organized. I have my 2 boys ages 5 and 7 training with the owner/ trainer Johnny. They love going to train and really like Johnny. He is patient yet teaches discipline to my kids (which is a must). They are really picking it up and showing improvements by the week. I am really happy I found this place. Thanks again!

I've been training at Semper Fit for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness and overall well-being. Coach Johnny is phenomenal. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also motivating and genuinely invested in helping each person grow and succeed. Every class feels personal and tailored, no matter your fitness level. The atmosphere is incredibly supportive. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this place will push you to your limits and make you stronger both mentally and physically. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a boxing gym for my 12 year old son who was showing interest. I found Semper Fit and brought him for a trial and he LOVES it. Coach Johnny is a wonderful mentor, my son is excited to go to class each week and the experience has helped him in many ways. I highly recommend this gym and they offer different youth programs.
