Addicted after 1class. It was challenging and fun! Such a great work out. I loved it so much I booked a private family session. We had an amazing time.

Amazing experience! The studio is so cozy and inviting. I haven't done yoga in about 3 years but wanted to try Aerial Yoga. I feel amazing after the class. Allison (the instructor) was amazing for those of us who were new. Definitely take off all jewelry before class, I thought my watch you be fine but it definitely tripped me up. Will remember that for the next class! Can't wait to go back next week!!

Booked a private class for family and friends, we all had no knowledge or experience with yoga. Allison is very patient and kind. We will be booking weekly.

Great studio! I thoroughly enjoy the yoga clssses and crystal singing bowls meditations at Dragonfly. Allison is a great instructor very accommodating and makes you feel very comfortable.
