Best Kung Fu school in the Northeast. Sifu Li is one of the highest level instructors in the US. He is great at teaching all ages and body types. If you want to learn good kung fu, this is the place to go. His knowledge of not only kung fu (but other martial arts as well) far surpasses anyone in the area. I can't say enough about him. You get a better deal for the money you spend at other studios. And he's not here to just grab your money and give you a belt.

I have trained with Shifu Li for a long time now and have the utmost respect and trust in his teachings. He is “the real deal”. His approach with students of all ages is patient but disciplined. He is excellent at training kids and adults alike. Whether you’re training for self defense, fitness or mind body wellness, this is a great place to embark on your martial journey!

My boys love coming here. Shifu Li is fantastic with the kids. He's patient and takes time to teach the kids proper form and technique. I would definitely recommend.

As a fellow student even though I am having little mistake, I have great success learning from Sư phụ/Sifu/Master Li. People should come here and learn a lot from this man. For his own life fact, he was attempted to be a retro power ranger actor, but he declined because he is pretty much more than that. I bet he'll be the greatest to everyone of all ages.
