Great place. Steve, Deena, Madison and Michelle have made this an amazing experience. They will tailor your work out if you have any limitations and still make you feel part of the group. The people I took the class with were amazing as well. I can’t say enough good things about Conca Sport and Fitness. I only wish I found it earlier.

Conca Sports and Fitness isn’t your typical gym—it’s so much more. They truly stand out because they don’t pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable. Instead, they take the time to really understand their clients and focus on what’s best for each individual. The instructors are incredibly friendly and helpful, creating an environment where you feel supported and valued. The energy from the members is absolutely contagious, and I love that judgment is left at the door. I work out in a small group session twice a week with an amazing group of like-minded women who make me feel empowered and supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for something different, something new, and a place that prioritizes your overall well-being, this is it. Conca Sports and Fitness has been a game-changer for me, and I can’t recommend it enough!

The 6-Week Master Challenge at Conca has completely transformed how I approach health and fitness. I’ve tried so many times to build better habits and stick with a routine, but nothing ever felt sustainable—until now. What makes this challenge so different is the community. From day one, it felt like I wasn’t just joining a workout program; I was joining a group of people all striving for the same thing: to be better versions of ourselves. Our class was made up of people of all ages and fitness levels, but seeing each other three times a week turned us into more than just classmates—we became friends. The environment at Conca is so positive and supportive; it’s hard not to feel motivated. Over six weeks, I saw real changes—not just physically, but mentally too. I’m stronger, I have way more energy, and my confidence has gone through the roof. The best part? It’s not some crash course or quick fix. I’ve picked up tools for healthy eating and built routines that actually fit my life. These are things I know I can stick with, which makes this challenge feel like the start of something lasting. I loved working with Steve, Michelle, Maddison, and Deena during the challenge—their guidance and support made all the difference. In fact, I’ve decided to join the gym and continue with small group training because of how much I enjoyed this experience. The community, the coaches, and the results have made Conca a place I know I’ll be able to keep growing. If you’re looking for a program that’s going to push you, support you, and actually make a difference, I can’t recommend the 6-Week Master Challenge enough. It’s more than a workout—it’s a lifestyle shift with a community that’s got your back the whole way.

I started coming to Conca after hearing from surgery. I need a new workout routine and motivation. I started with the Masters program and I fell in love with not just the and staff but then Conca entire community. Conca is such a positive and supportive environment I also signed up my 13 year old for the middle school program. His confident has soared as well as his overall health and stamina while playing bball. We are thankful for the Conca Team and the Conca community!

I have been a member here for 5 years and I absolutely love it! The coaching is tailored to my fitness needs and the classes are fun. I have also signed my teenager up for the teen program and he's thriving in performance and attitude. If you're looking for a fun gym with coaching, classes and comradery- this is the place for you!!
