I had an amazing experience at F45 Fitness. The upbeat atmosphere, supportive community, and fun environment made the class fly by. The coaches and fellow participants provided a ton of support, creating a motivating space where I felt cheered on, especially when I felt super uncoordinated and goofy. I highly recommend F45 for an enjoyable, effective and engaging workout!

I joined two weeks ago and I’m already fully bought into F45! The coaches are knowledgable, the classes are killer and the community is refreshing compared to typical “gym culture”! Worth every $$$ of the membership as long as you stay consistent!

This is a great way to start getting back into working out. I have always been a bit hesitant working out with my asthma. But my coach David has always been so supportive with my progress! I love that he always checks in during the workouts to make sure I'm okay. It definitely makes me more comfortable knowing someone is watching out for me.

Great workout, only 45 minutes and you will leave exhausted. Absolutely the best gym family. The owner is amazing and you will feel like part of a community. If you're a type 1 diabetic this is your place. The benefits to your blood sugar levels are off the charts. This gym recently switched to resistance training (weights) three times a week!!!

F45 has been part of my routine for the last 3 years! I love being able to just show up without having to put a workout plan together. Allison and all of the coaches are always so motivating and such a pleasure go see every time I come in!
