This is my morning gym before I head to work, and I’ve been going here for the last 3 years. It was terrible in the beginning, bad smell, no A/c, water fountain was always down and the bathroom was terrible. But as of last year they have taken a lot better care and honestly Edwin has been a great asset to this location. He’s always friendly and greeting people and making sure everything is cleaned and tidy. He himself has done so much for this location alone, but I enjoy coming here now. Great job

This has to be the worst location every they sign me up for a membership a year ago, I cancel the membership because they charge my account more then what was the contract. I cancel with in the 30 day window. This location employee really don't know what they are talking about and every time you turn around it's group of new that still don't know what they are talking about. Plus can I get someone to help that understands what I'm saying.

Gabby, Shayne, Alex are all so friendly and just genuinely real. I feel good going here. I feel like they know all the 6pm Heavy hitters/ Gym sharks names. I feel like they are more like our family because I see them everyday,Gym is always clean and sanitized too.

he place at Richmond Heights is average. But their billing system ABC Fitness Solutions is outsourced and the do not comply. If a person requests cancellation today the process should stated cancelled as of today 11/22/2024. But they didn’t due it. The just put you in a pending cancellation for a whole month this way the can keep charging you and not make a reimbursement and also charge another $10.00 for a pending cancellation in the day they desire to do it. Be careful and have your contract at hand because they don’t comply with standard practices. Operator handling the cancellations Kim ID KCUP01. She said she was the manager but at the end tresukt is that cancellation is under status of pending not as the date you requested. Customer Service is horrible the first operator was Ann and then she put me with Kim.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at this location, especially Suheiry!!! She’s been consistent in her professionalism since I’ve met her. Attitude goes a long way. People go to the gym for different reasons, and a polite, cheerful, kind, motivating person is valuable to have on staff! You never know what kind of day a person is having; and a kind word, a smile, or just being noticed can go a long way in changing a persons day for the better! Thank you YouFit for hiring great staff that understand the value of kindness as well as being professional and proficient at their job. 🙏🏾
