My favorite boxing gym in Miami. Strikes a perfect balance between effective workouts and actually teaching you practical boxing with correct technique. Additionally, there are a variety of coaches so you are able to really gain perspective on what can work best for you. If you want a gym to start and continue learning boxing, Box IQ is a great spot!

Great gym with great coaches. Plenty of equipment, awesome classes and overall positive energy vibes. Highly recommended for all levels, beginners to advanced, you'll get the workouts you're looking for.

All of the instructors are amazing! They care about teaching techniques. If you want to learn the basics of boxing, this is the place. Believe me, it is hard to find a good boxing gym.

Absolutely love BOX IQ. Everyone in the gym is so welcoming every-time I drop in. The coaches are knowledgeable in their craft and always ensuring that you have the correct form and are great in pushing you to your limits. Highly recommend BOX IQ ! :)

Seriously great small local gym. I was very impressed with the intensity of our group boxing workout session. (Actually, it was exhausting! and highly educational.) I have much to learn, and will be coming back.
