I’ve been a member for about 5 days, within the 5 days I’ve already done 3 classes because it’s exceeded my expectations. Parking at the location is a bit difficult, however that’s because it’s in a shopping center so planning ahead solves that. The location in itself is very Welcoming, from the staff, coaches & even members - it’s a hardworking family environment. The classes itself are always changing while focusing on Power, Strength and Endurance. There are limits I’ve already pushed without me ever thinking I could. Coaches are always motivating & correcting form which I appreciate, you can tell they love what they do. If you’re thinking about joining, do it!

Orange Theory Fitness Cutler Bay has become my home away from home and the staff and coaches are like family! Joining the OTF community has been a godsend for my mind, body and soul. I look forward to working out and going to the classes. The environment the staff has created is so positive and motivating. I just celebrated my 100th class and every class I go to continues to feel fresh and new, it doesn’t get repetitive or boring like most gyms. The location does fun challenges and specialty workouts to keep you engaged and motivated. I can’t say enough about Orange Theory Cutler Bay! Best gym ever!

I have been attempting to cancel my membership for over two months, but the designated representative is consistently unavailable. Despite traveling and inability to align with her schedule, I spoke with the owner, who assured resolution. However, they deducted another $338 from my account, totaling two months of membership fees due to cancellation restrictions. This situation appears problematic.

I went to go ask a question and this tatted up white guy tells me "No thanks" I say "No thanks?" He says "Yeah no thanks, we're not open, please step out" Mind you the door was opened, I guess they forgot to lock it but he was very dismissive and not welcoming at all. So there's goes my question, I would not recommend this place to anyone lol. It's no wonder the business is empty every time I pass by.

I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism I experienced. The representative I spoke with on the phone was unhelpful and came across as dismissive. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority, and my concerns were not addressed in a respectful or timely manner. As a customer, I expect a company to value my time and provide clear, courteous communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope they take this seriously and train their staff better.
