My son has been going to Miami Freerunning & Parkour and loves it. The coaches are very friendly and kind, and great with the kids. The environment is safely run and the coaches give constant instruction, feedback and are always watching the kids while they’re in their class. It’s a terrific workout and I can tell that it helps coordination and being light on one’s feet over time. Highly recommend for active kids (and adults!) looking for a new challenge.

This place and this team is really special…my 7 year old daughter loves it! It’s rare to find coaches that are men that are so mindful and respectful of the kids. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been going to this parkour gym for 2 years now and I can’t imagine not going weekly. All the coaches are so nice and good with kids. They take their time teaching them skills & reminding them safety is #1. I highly recommend you and/or your kids check it out!

We spent a few months in Miami together with my almost 7-year-old son David, who has been attending rock climbing courses back in Italy. Due to a lack of climbing gyms in Miami, we decided to try parkour as he has to drain his energy somewhere. The idea resulted in David’s complete obsession with parkour. He was ready to spend 24/7 there, thanks to the nature of the wildly entertaining exercises, the gym’s facilities, and - most of everything - his coach and gym owner Chris. Chris is something! He has a great personality, is a very polite and patient guy, and is a big professional in what he does. With all the above, my son achieved a huge progress in less than 2 months in a completely new activity. Super impressive! The very best recommendations.

Chris and his staff… every one of them… are exactly the kind of people you want teaching your kids. We have three there, and they absolutely love it. (And I love that… if they end up as stupid as me, they’ll know their limits and know the correct way to jump, stick their landing, roll if needed, and most importantly their limits. .
