Solid core is one of the best workouts I've ever gotten in my entire life. I used to go all the time before COVID hit. I absolutely miss it and can't wait to get back into my routine. You will fill your body struggling to give in but their motto is muscle failure and I promise you it'll be the best workout you've ever got in your entire life.

I loved my first class with coach Valentina! The class was perfectly balanced as a full body work out and she was so supportive and helpful to me. The energy is great I will definitely be back to one of her classes! And she recommended other coaches too! The studio is very nice. I recommend for first timers and ppl who are more experienced but looking for a new studio (or a new coach!)

If you're considering this studio, start with taking classes with MacKenzie H. After almost 300 classes, she is by far supior when it comes to instruction, routine, MUSIC, and setting the right intentions throughout class. I first started attending Mackenzie's classes at Shaw, and followed her to Mt. Vernon, because her classes are, in fact, that AMAZING! If you're into a great workout, with the best music, and want to transform your body, start with MacKenzie!

I love this studio! It’s by far my favorite in Washington DC. Every coach I’ve taken a class with has been upbeat and motivating- which is much needed because I usually do 6am classes! I took a class with Sam this morning and she was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back!

One of the most effective and motivating workout classes I've ever done. I have been going regularly for about 6 months and have noticed a difference in my body. Every class is a mental and physical challenge but the coaches are so positive and help you to keep hitting those reps.
