Underground Fitness

I have so much to say about this gym. It's where I found myself and kickstarted my professional journey. I've met amazing people here, including the incredibly kind owner and the attentive staff. The gym is always clean and offers a variety of classes like yoga and Zumba. Plus, they provide excellent personal training services if you want.

Awesome gym with even better service. I am a Stamford native, but have since moved away to California and more recently to Boston. When I come home to visit my parents, it’s typically for a longer period of time. I reached out to multiple gyms around town to see if I could get some sort of monthly pass to be able to workout while I’m home. Underground was the only gym happy to help. The owner was helpful and understanding in my want to come home to see family, but also keep up with my routine. This should not come as any surprise as Underground is a locally owned Stamford staple. This is not another corporate owned gym. The gym itself is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, including the two ladies at the front desk (Tiffany and Bianca).
