My Gym Children's Fitness Center

Mygym has been an incredible source of growth for our daughter over the past year. She’s learned so many valuable lessons - how to wait her turn, follow directions, be a kind friend, and she’s come out of her shell socially and physically. She’s so much more confident and adventurous! We recently had our daughter’s 3rd birthday here and Miss Jen was absolutely amazing! She communicated, was patient with us, and prepped everything in advance. We forgot a few things (tape, a knife to cut the cake, forks) and she came to the rescue with replacements. She went above and beyond. The party flowed seamlessly with kids being engaged, trying new things, and having fun. We felt like we were hosting but without the hosting pressures. She made sure everyone got pizza and cake. We overheard a kid’s dad telling someone “it was a really well run party”. It was clear to everyone who we were there to celebrate. Our daughter felt so special and it meant the world to us!

We are so fortunate to be a part of Stamford My Gym! The staff is outstanding - thank you and shout outs to Miss Laura, Miss Lara, Miss Mel and Miss Ferin for your attentiveness, enthusiasm and care from the jump. Our son has grown in his social and listening skills, movement, climbing, and coordination. He adores the staff, who always make him feel safe, welcome, and supported, cheering him on through skills and obstacles. I am amazed at the level of creativity and efficiency that each class is run. Also, My Gym has been a warm and fun space for me as a parent, thanks again to the staff always making an effort to include us (parents). Going to My Gym is always a bright spot in our day. Thanks for being this for our family!

I joined hoping to help my daughter develop socially and to make some new friends. I really didn't know what to expect. The team (Miss Laura & Miss Jenn), are exceptional. They make the environment, educational but fun, and create a family-like atmosphere. My daughter loves it and has evolved for the better for attending. Completely recommend. You won't be sorry.

My Gym is one of the best places you could take your child! It is one of the few activities we continually stick with! We have been members for 2+ years and it has never disappointed us! The staff is the best and I would trust them with my child 100% My daughter asks to go almost everyday! It is well worth the membership for all the skills your child will receive! They are extremely clean and organized, as well as providing a different type of class every week so your child never gets bored. They also have gym rentals that you can do with a group/ or alone. As well as doing birthday parties. The gym in Stamford is the best and I will forever be Grateful for the skills and friendships that they have given my child! Try out a class, you will not regret it!

We had our son's 3rd birthday at MyGym Stamford and could not have been any more pleased with the experience. Laura and her team did the most FABULOUS job entertaining a wild bunch of 20+ toddlers and not only made the birthday boy feel incredibly special, but also catered to his special needs and interests. They made me feel at ease leading up to the event, leaving no detail unnoticed, and totally took care of set up and clean up. We LOVE MyGym Stamford and look forward to making them a part of many more family traditions. Thank you so much again!!!!
