Empowered Aerial Fitness

Empowered AF is a great place to visit! I always look forward to my classes and always come out feeling fulfilled and more energetic than when I walked in. The instructors are all amazing at what they do and great at passing their information on. The staff are also super awesome to chat with! Aileen has really cultivated a great community that is super welcoming and I'm very happy to be apart of.

I appreciated the experience I had as a first timer. All staff members were extremely welcoming and very kind . The class was very direct and still allowed me to learn, make mistakes and grow. I appreciated the ability to be creative and freestyle at one point In the class, and I also appreciated the instructor who took the time to list what was reviewed in class so I could do it on my own.

I absolutely love this studio and can guarantee that the people and the atmosphere will make you feel empowered. And it does not go unnoticed that the floors are consistently clean, there are mirrors all the way to the floor, and the lights are well thought out. If I lived in the area I would have a membership. Since I do not, I make an effort to be a visiting client when I travel!

The overall experience was a 10 out of 10. The instructor Ariella was absolutely amazing, patient, helpful and she had great energy. We did a private class for 3 people, all at different fitness levels but she was able to instruct each and everyone of us at our level. She made us feel so comfortable and and we had so much fun during the class. With her guidance we were able to flip upside down on the hammock and she even stopped to take pics and videos for us. It was an amazing experience, highly recommend, the studio was very clean and every single person we encountered was friendly and had great energy. We also got to meet the owner, Aileen, in person, and she was also nothing short of amazing. She was also very informative and helpful during booking over the phone and even answered my questions via email on a late Sunday afternoon. I definitely plan on booking more classes!!! Do yourself a favor and book!!!

What a fantastic studio! There are many class offerings available every week to suit your dance & aerial interests. The teachers are phenomenal as well! They are well-trained, thoughtful, creative, passionate about their craft & very encouraging. I can't say enough about the owner, Aileen Creagh. She is accommodating & has established a community for people to challenge themselves & learn skills that feel empowering, to say the least. What a fun vibe this place is! 10 out of 10 💜
