I walked in a little nervous for my first class, but Heather and her team made me feel so welcomed and they walked me through everything I needed to know. I never thought I would like hot yoga, but what a great class!! I am so excited to start this new journey!! Thanks Heather!!

I LOVE my y6 studio! I’m a beginner at yoga and still learning and practicing. All the teachers and staff and fellow students have been so nice and welcoming to me! Every class I’ve taken has also felt so good! Beginner classes were really great to start with! The hot classes get me dripping with sweat. The restore classes always leave me feeling refreshed! I’ve yet to do a power or a sculpt class, but seriously this studio has something for yogis of all levels!! ❤️

As a wellness advisor I can’t help but say great things about our studio! I love the environment and community it’s given me & I truly feel so happy at every shift. I’m filled with gratitude knowing that I get time to take classes alongside our members and with my co-workers, it creates a connection that will last a lifetime! Some of my favorite classes so far are, Sculpt, Power, & Restore :)

I highly recommend this studio! I have been a member for 2 month and have experienced all the classes that they offer at least once, over the 37 classes I attended. This includes experience with all of the awesome instructors at this location at least once. I had zero experience with Yoga before joining this studio. Yoga did not exist in my vocabulary :). Unfortunately, I fell in the statistics of the world post-COVID of working from home, where I was more sedentary during work hours and not meeting the recommended 150 min per week of moderate activity time. This led to some unhealthy symptoms which bought me a few trips to my doctor’s office. My own research showed that there are number of growing evidence that yoga improves many aspects of your health. Fast forward, I walked into the studio to inquire about how this yoga thing worked. I met Heather, studio manager. She is an epitome of a model studio manager! She is very friendly, always greets me with a smile and remembers my name. She is also a newly minted yoga instructor. Go see her if you are thinking about trying out yoga or this studio! As mentioned earlier, I had no experience doing this. The last two month has been an awesome journey of learning, and I am seeing meaningful improvements to my health! In addition to their regular classes, they offer different ad hoc sessions as well. I took one such class called, "Yoga Nidra." That night, I was able to sleep uninterrupted for 9 hours, which I had not been able to do for quite some time! Erin was the instructor for Yoga Nidra. You cannot go wrong with any of her classes she teaches, however, her Restore class is another level! A must try! As I said, all of the instructors are awesome, and they all have their own flair even though they teach the same classes. Here are few instructor flairs that I found helpful for me. Alyssa keeps her sessions centered with mindfulness. Her verbal cues are on point, not only for breathing but for keeping our mind present, being here now. Robyn and Jen are both awesome with cueing and helping with the proper poses and body mechanics. Brittany will keep your heart rate pumping during her sessions, in a good way. She is a yoga instructor with a Zumba instructor spirit! She keeps you motivated. If you are still reading, you get the picture. Go check out this studio!

My first time doing yoga was with Y6 and my life is changed! I crave the sweat, the relaxation, the challenge, all of it! And the community is amazing… but the instructors are even better ❤️ I love my classes with Oriah, Brittany, and Erin.
