This location has decent equipment but the cleanliness is absolutely terrible and disgusting! Clearly the management and leadership needs to be replaced! The individual restrooms with showers outside of the pool area are severely neglected and sometimes even locked! I was here on Wednesday 11-27-24 and the restrooms still have not been cleaned or restocked with toilet paper and it’s now 12-1-24. Upstairs in the gym area majority of the time the paper towels and cleaning solution spray bottles have not been restocked. I’ve noticed that this gym literally only has three people cleaning it. Obviously that’s no where near enough for a place that’s open “24 Hours”! Prior to a few weeks ago all of the parking lot lights and building lights were out on the South side. I mentioned this to the staff for weeks before it was repaired. Additionally, the exterior lighting timers have not been adjusted because the property lights are not on until 6 PM instead of dusk. Definitely a safety issue!

We have been members at this location for 6 months and it’s definitely the nicest 24Hr Fitness in the Denver area. While they definitely seem understaffed there is one staff member I want to ensure to give huge credit to. His name is Harold and every single time he’s working he is ensuring the gym is extremely clean esp the bathrooms and is just genuinely a nice person. He always says hello and we always know if he’s working, he’s taking great care of this place. Thank you Harold for all you do! It does not go unnoticed!! Giving this place 5 stars for him! - Montel and Courtney

Gym itself is fine. But the basketball courts are top 3 worst in North America. I’d sell a kidney if it meant they cleaned em at least once a year or just closed for 2 months to replace the floor. It’s like playing on ice. Only a matter of time until more torn acl’s

Clean gym, nice helpful staff and any type/variety of workout equipment you could ask for. Nice facilities such as hot tub, pools, sauna and steam room. Really good prices especially for what you get. Try a fitness coach, they're so helpful.

Amazing facility, however the wet area is so gross. The blue pool noodles are completely filled with black mold. Major health hazard. I brought it to management attention. Nothing was done. There is a bad odor when you walk past the sauna. The therapy pool often has cloudy water. Lots of potential at this gym but they could use a visit from the health department.
