I have never been a gym girl or had a workout routine.: for health problems my doctor recommended Physical therapy or anything that helps me with my movement plus low my stress, I found Pilates and I saw videos and I decided to give a try my First Step intro class was with Faira OMG! She was the right one for me! I was sweating in just 5 min! So I subscribed on the spot and all my classes where with her at first then I try Ismael … these got better these two are the best! I love how they check on you though the class they come and they take the time to show you how to do it correctly! I love these place I found what I need it and my body feels stronger and my articulations feel better my blood oxygen and circulation are just way better! My rheumatoid arthritis is on control thank you! I highly recommend these studio, the girls at the front desk are always friendly!

I went to this location through Class Pass and really appreciated the class! Even the level 1 class gave me a thorough workout for someone who goes to the gym once a week. The instructor worked with me to maximize my time on the reformer. The best part was they weren’t pushy about a membership! I will definitely be back when I’m back in town.

I live in the Bay Area and visit garden grove frequently. It is always great to be here because I can attend the Pilate classes. The studio is clean and bright. The instructors are personable and help with adjustments. I’ve been to different Pilate studios, this one is the best.

I recently attended my first Club Pilates class, Cardio Sculpt 1, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. As a beginner, I was excited to learn and challenge myself. However, the instructor, Faira, seemed uninterested in teaching and explaining the moves. She used technical terms without clarifying, leaving me and several other new students confused. As a newcomer, I felt frustrated and discouraged by the lack of guidance and support. To improve, I suggest that Club Pilates emphasize instructor training on teaching beginners and communicating complex concepts in an approachable way through demonstrations. A more supportive and inclusive environment would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I like Coach Fira very much, and her classes are always fully booked more than a week in advance. The environment is very good and clean. It would be better if the front desk attitude was a little more enthusiastic
