I love the environment and the overall atmosphere of this safe place. Yoga six has been my place to grow and learn so much about yoga. All of the teachers are great and I especially like trying new teachers. I recently just tried a class taught by Kayla and really loved it, my mind was at peace and I was able to grow and learn so easily in her class I will definitely be rejoining.

Great yoga studio. Excellent staff and instructors with 7+ different formats from Sculpt with dumbbells and cardio to Restore with mostly stretching in addition to vinyasa Hot yoga. Classes are offered from early morning to mid/late evening. I go nearly every day with the unlimited monthly rate plan.

My doctors and trainers said I should take yoga. I fought it for years but finally pulled the trigger since the studio was opening close to home. It has been such a wonderful experience. I struggle with each and every class but the instructors have been great. They are very encouraging and their instructions and guidance has help me progress each and every time I attend the class. I would recommend this studio to all the yoga skeptics out there. The staff and instructors are beyond great.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this studio. Please be cautious if you're considering joining, especially regarding their cancellation policy. When I first arrived, the front desk staff informed me about two membership options: month-to-month and annual. I chose the month-to-month option to test if the studio would be a good fit for me, assuming there would be no cancellation requirements like with an annual membership. After completing my first month, I decided not to continue with Yoga6 and promptly communicated this decision. However, I was charged for the following month because they require a 30-day notice for cancellations. What frustrates me is that I was not informed of this cancellation policy when I joined, nor did I sign any agreement outlining it. I ended up being charged for an entire month that I didn’t use at all. Additionally, I find it perplexing that a month-to-month membership would have a 30-day cancellation notice. It raises the question: how can anyone provide a 30-day notice on their very first day of joining? This policy feels misleading. As for the training, yoga is meant to harmonize mind, body, and breath. There was only one instructor, Samantha, who truly understood this approach, but she is no longer with the studio. The other instructors’ methods felt overly strenuous and did not align with the essence of yoga.

I love this place!!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Very nonjudgmental atmosphere. I was intimidated by yoga but love it now because of this studio. I love that there are different types of classes, variety of times, and many wonderful teachers. The staff is the best! I recommend this studio to my friends all the time. I can’t say enough good things about it :)
