I trained with Megan for a full year after a stress fracture and working with her was incredible. Despite a recent injury, I was able to hit a PR in every single distance this year, including taking 46 minutes off of my marathon time! She was supportive and gave me a challenging but also physically safe training plan to meet and exceed all of my goals. Highly recommend!

This was the most phenomenal post-event experience I've ever had! I had recently competed at the USA Tri Nationals and the Ironman Jones Beach 70.3 and my body was definitely feeling it. Megan and her team helped me with my recovery (runner's stretch and massage session), enabling me to have a comfortable 20 mile training run the next day. Megan's running knowledge combined with her experience sets her apart from other Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers I've visited. This really is a unique environment that I can't wait to further explore! Highly recommend! I will be coming back regularly as well as telling all of my athlete friends!

I first visited Cadence Physical Therapy when I could no longer walk or drive normally due to severe pain in my right foot. After trying cortisone tablets and injections with no success, I turned to Cadence for help. Megyn developed an exercise plan focused on strengthening my muscles and tendons, improving my balance, and regaining control of my foot muscles by enhancing the connection between my brain and foot. After just three months, I was able to walk 6,000 to 10,000 steps a day without discomfort. I highly recommend Cadence Physical Therapy for their effective and personalized care.

Training with Karen was my first time working out with a trainer. Getting paired up with her was hands down the best experience. From our initial consultation Karen was able to identify my goals without me even knowing exactly what they were and we started working out together the following week. Karen was the first person to introduce me to resistance and weight training and my body craved her workout routines on my days off from her. My body changed INSTANTLY. Not only is she a wonderful trainer but she's also an incredible person. I loved getting to know her. On top of that, the gym has a great atmosphere & everyone is so friendly. Just went through my first week at the Hillsborough location. I like the setup, the trainer I have worked with is great. It's nice and lowkey from a process perspective, but I am definitely working. The way they get your heart rate up then get you to the weights really works you out in a good way. Pressure free but they get you to work. I'm used to working out outdoors, and this feels like the first place I can stay motivated, not have to deal with crappy weather, but not get bored so when I'm outside I can have fun.

My first class was an awesome experience. I appreciated the videos/info sent prior to my first class - made it easy to prepare & get started right away. The format of the class really worked for me & I appreciated working at my pace and having a coach cue my form and push me to lift the right weights. The space is nice and open, and clean! Can't wait for class 2!
